- Corrected the issue where the Tenancy Information panel and the Owner Change section were not expanding and/or not displaying. (Incident: IR 116506 / Case: TM-7071)
Improvements & Fixes:
- The Asset Agency field has been added to column chooser on the Household Screen's Assets tab and to the Certification Screen's Assets panel. (Incident: IR-103376 / Case: TM-4722)
- Fixed the issue in the Purchase Order module where the user intermittently got an error when trying to create a request for a PO that states: " is not a valid floating point value. (Incident: IR-112749 / Case: TM-6234)
- Owner repayment agreements can now be added to the Multi-Family (TRACS) voucher. (Incident: IR-112808 / Case: TM-6256)
- For PBV RAD Phase-In Rent Override, 11r and 11t will now calculate to be $0 when TTP is greater than Gross Rent. After changing the income records, users will need to overwrite the Tenant Rent (11s) value to recalculate 11r (Total HAP). (Incident: IR-113255 / Case: TM-6381)
- Added the functionality to "Generate Action 10" (Issuance of Voucher) to the Household Screen's Certifications tab - Little Actions menu. This feature allows users to re-generate eTrans 10 records without having to void the voucher record. (Incident: IR-114262 / Case: TM-6610)
- Fixed an issue where multiple unit utility compositions without end dates caused income, assets, expenses, and household members to duplicate on reports ran from the Certifications Data Source(s). (Incident: IR-105088 / Case: TM-4273)
- Added two fields to the Inspections Letter and all Certifications data sources: Owner Address1 and Owner Address2. (Incident: IR-107044 / Case: TM-4659)
- The fields for Owner Customer ID, Landlord Customer ID, and Inspector Name have been added to the Certification and Inspection data sources. (Incident: IR-103370 / Case: TM-4727)
- On Tax Credit Certifications, "Total Income (E)" field has been corrected to sum fields A through D. (Incident: IR-113510 / Case: TM-4768)
- For Section 8 waiting lists that utilize both the Singles Rule and Lottery ranking, non-single applicants will now rank correctly above the non-exempt singles. (Incident: IR-112148 / Case: TM-5914)
- The fields from the "Assistance Connect Account" data source have been added to the "Applications by Waiting List" data source. (Incident: IR-112490 / Case: TM-6040)
- On Public Housing certifications where rent is determined using the Income Based Prorated Rent Calculation (field 3u = P), if Eligible subsidy (field 10n) is calculated as a decimal with 50 cents, the field will now round up to the nearest integer. For example: 100.5 will round to 101. (Incident: IR-113257 / Case: TM-6382)
- Fixed the issue where TAR Security Deposit interest distribution calculated interest amount as positive, which resulted in a reduction of the escrow balance. (Incident: IR-113648 / Case: TM-6470)
- Fixed the issue where WIN Rent prorated calculation for MTW Tenant-Based and MTW Project-Based program types was not rounding the recurring HAP and tenant rent on the accounts and HAP Contract Detail, resulting in a recurring decimal value. (Incident: IR-113876 / Case: TM-6517)
- Rural Development tenants whose latest finalized RD certification type is Vacate Unit no longer show on the Upcoming Annuals listing. (Incident: IR-115095 / Case: TM-6752)
